Refund policy

Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

At MY SHOP, we maintain strict quality checks before dispatch. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
  • Mandatory unboxing/opening video is required as proof

âš ī¸ Without an opening video, no exchange request will be accepted.


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange is NOT applicable on:

  • Religious items (e.g., chadar, spiritual textiles)
  • Ready-to-use / stitched products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, or altered
  • Sale or discounted products

3. Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, the product must be returned
  • After inspection, we will:
    • Send a replacement of the same product, OR
    • Provide an alternative of equal value

4. Important Notes

  • Exchange requests without proper proof will be rejected
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences are not defects
  • MY SHOP reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification
